Self Talk Programs


It’s been said that we talk to ourselves fifty to sixty thousand times within any twenty-four hour period. What we say pretty much determines what we accomplish and how we feel. These can be listened to at any time. Driving time and exercise time are very beneficial as although the messages are audible, you are busy doing other things and they go to your subconscious. These programs are done using male and female voices set to the beat of the music. “I” statements and “you” statements are utilized. For example, “I am happy” or “You are happy” are dependent on the subject.
